Guide for the development of your mind

Every thought, which literally goes through our head, determines the quality of ourselves and our life. Can we turn away from automatic acceptance of thoughts and control ourselves and our own life? 

We have prepared a simple guide, which requires just a few minutes every day. It is your time - not with tea, television or a book … Be yourself with your thoughts. Such a moment is the best investment which you can give to yourself. Possibilities that often run away from an ordinary person will open to you only in a few days.

A person on this journey is not only controlling their mind, but especially finding happiness, fulfillment, peace, love and connection with intuition. You will be in a state, where you have a lot of Force and everything is much clearer. We will show you a method, which is a gift, because it opens new knowledge. It is very simple and very important.

Essentially it is simple: Let’s give ourselves every morning and evening 10 minutes for exercise with our own mind. 

1) Thoughts observation 

We are thought observers during the first week. Just sit down and let all your thoughts just flow around you. The goal is that none of your thoughts catch your attention for more than 5 seconds. Bothersome thoughts will have less and less of an effect on you during everyday repetition of this method.  

Sit down in a comfortable position, close your eyes and just observe your mind.
Do not stop with any thought.
A thought arrives … departs …
None are interesting for you,
the next one and the next one...

What you gain
This exercise gives you the ability to resist the influence of random thoughts, which you need not only for astral travel, but also in regular life. You learn to move away unwanted thoughts and stay in here, now, with an activity that you are doing right now.

Tips how to look to your thoughts 

Thought birds 
Observation of thoughts is actually very simple - it is enough to comfortably sit down on a chair or couch, close eyes and in your mind you see your thoughts as birds who fly through the sky. Each thought is symbolized by one bird. You see only a flying silhouette in motion that immediately disappears beyond the horizon. You know that thoughts are here, but they don't affect you. 

Thought balloons 
You can also just sit, close your eyes and imagine that everything that catches your mind is in the form of balloons. It doesn’t matter what you think, but it always has the shape of a balloon with a different colour. In a brief moment you find that you have your hand full of floating balloons, in the same way that you can have in a carnival. Nothing else is around you, just whiteness, purity and balloons. 

All thoughts have a balloon shape during that time. Whether it is the sounds of birds, body itching, an idea to buy an umbrella or for lunch. Actually it is a very comfortable and interesting exercise. Take each balloon separately and let it fly to the sky. Observe how it ascends higher, higher … higher and then it has gone. Do this with the second, third and next balloon, until you have just a few balloons in your hand. Your mind will be free from thoughts, by letting all of the balloons fly. You will be enjoying this beautiful moment. It will be like a large burden falling from your shoulders. All thoughts have gone and finally it is just you .. so relaxing. 

2) Controlling of a single thought 

Next week we will wake up the ability to keep only a single thought. Choose any, but you have to completely focus on it and deal with it. It is advisable to use visualization, therefore simple objects may help you. For the beginning choose for example, a small stone or apple.

First, observe the object closely,
when you are ready, close your eyes,
relax your mind
and build a perfect image of the object.
Fully focus on this object only.

Any other thoughts are not important, just this single object. When you are able to keep in your mind the object without interruption for at least 1 minute, congratulations! Now continue till 5 minutes have elapsed and feel it very realistically, like you are touching this object. Don't be fooled by the inventiveness of your mind. When we think of an apple, we want to keep only the idea of an apple - not an apple pie, how the apple grows, or that we are about to buy apples for an aunt. :) 

Tip: As a single thought you may choose breathing only, or relaxing one part of your body. Controlling one single thought may be much easier then.

You gain
This exercise gives you the concentration ability, which you need for astral travel. This requires lying down without movement for at least 20 minutes. You will be surprised how your skills improve in regular life. Full focus. With the first exercise, you can easily push away unwanted thoughts. Now you can completely immerse yourself in the wanted thought.
